Description

I fled into exile in Ghana due to the war which took place in 1990 in Liberia. I walked with my kids through the bushes from Liberia until we reached Ivory Coast.

While in Ghana, I am face with hardships, local citizens threats for Liberians to leave their land. Police constant harassment of refugee, arresting refugee on the camp without any cause.

I want to go back home because there is no protection for refugees no longer. No security protection. Too much of harassment by unidentified people at night.

I did not receive the UNHCR ID card because the process was stopped by UNHCR Ghana. However, they promised to return to complete the process with the remaining people, which I am part of, but they never came back again.
